SHIPMENTS

If the customer wish to have his/her gemstones delivered by DHL/UPS , an extra charge (depending on the actual rates) will be added to the total amount of your order. Abdali Gemstones mostly use DHL/UPS for international shipments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments are possible by bank transfer or please let us know which of these payment options you prefer. We aim to ship all items within a period of 4 days upon receipt of your payment.

CUSTOM/DUTY FEE

The customer is responsible for paying all associated customs or duty fees when minerals are shipped to foreign countries.
